The month at the top (Temmuz), means July in Turkish. How did you find this anyway?

So, I was messing around with this online Turkish dictionary, and while I can't make out about half of what it says, what I could figure says it was a petite plain cardigan that was livened up/made colorful.... I can't figure the rest. That could be way off, seeing as how I know zero Turkish.
